Since the Fashion Category has many Size Variants. To ensure Customer Happiness, We will accept Replacements in case of Size Issues, However, Refunds will not be Acceptable.

Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of an exchange is available. All products listed under a particular category have the same returns policy. And size exchange will be available once only within 5 working days.

The return policy is divided into three parts; do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Note -Reverse Pickup Charges will be borne by Customers 100/- or More Subject to Count of Shipments (Will be Finalised By Customer Support Consultant at the time of Accepting Return Request)

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

In the case of Non-Serviceable Pin codes for Reverse Logistics, Products need to be Self-shipped by the Customer.

Self Ship Charges will be capped at 100/- per Shipment.

The field executive will refuse to accept the size exchange if any of the above conditions are not met.

Once you place the order from the website it can’t be cancelled so think before you buy.

Shipping Policy

House Of Paduka tries hard to ensure that your ordered products are delivered on time and it takes 5 to 6 working days. We also ensure that the ordered goods are in good condition when placed for shipment. Only in the case of weekends and holidays it takes 8 to 10 days.

Restrictions in Shipping  

There is a restriction on the shipping of those items that have been informed to us by the delivery company, which have been restricted or even banned. Examples of these products may be currency, animals, drugs, narcotics, arms and ammunition, bullion, stones, and precious metals, pornography material, etc.  

Important Information  

The cut-off times for dispatching an order are provided in the form of guidelines and they cannot be held accurately. Sometimes order delays can occur owing to delay via payment gateways. While we ship the order within 72 hours of it being placed, delays may occur in certain unforced circumstances, which are usually from the manufacturer’s end. The estimated delivery time commences from the date of dispatch and they need to be taken as guidelines only. Any delays from the end of custom clearances are not our responsibility. Orders once dispatched cannot be redirected.  

Delivery Mechanism  

Domestic orders are shipped between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Monday to Saturday. National shipping takes a maximum of 3 to 23 business days.

Shipping fee within India we charge Rs. 99. Free standard shipping on orders above 2500.

Refund Policy

Full refund if you don’t receive your order or it gets misplaced by the courier company within 7 working days. House Of Paduka gives utmost importance to our customers in case of refund.

Insurance:  

Hop makes sure that the product ordered is covered under insurance from the time of its order to its delivery date. The moment you receive your goods and provide your receiving signature, the insurance of goods is passed onto you. This is how the house of paduka transfers the responsibility of the purchased product.

Prices of a product are inclusive of all  taxes and duties within India i.e. (5% GST is applied on all products)
